RevIQ is building the first modern global ad exchange combined with financial services for publishers & advertisers. The current ad tech ecosystem is dominated by a small number of platforms that are on archaic tech, black-boxed, & misaligned with publishers.

We believe advertising should be transparent, fast, & easy to use. RevIQ operates on a scale of 50 billion available impressions per month, and growing. We work directly with small start ups and large public companies on both sides of the exchange (publishers and demand partners).

Our business is scaling fast, and as we grow our team and build a global presence, we need a teammate that is just as eager as we are on our journey to be the largest global ad exchange.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end experience of our core product — the dashboard used by publishers and advertisers operating at global scale
  • Design, prototype, and ship — in Figma and in code. You are not a specialist who hands off to another team.
  • Shape how users understand and act on complex data, and implement what you design
  • Operate with real ownership and real ambiguity

What we're looking for

  • Designed and shipped complex, data-dense interfaces — dashboards, analytics surfaces, financial or operational tools
  • Established and maintained design systems: components, tokens, interaction patterns, documentation
  • Run lightweight user research — usability sessions, flow testing, synthesis — and turned findings into concrete design decisions
  • Defined information architecture across large, multi-surface products with ambiguous requirements
  • Worked directly with product and engineering to influence what gets built, not just how it looks
  • Strong Figma proficiency including auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff

Engineering experience

  • Proficient in front-end implementation — React, TypeScript, modern CSS — well enough to own and ship UI independently
  • Built UI components from scratch that are production-ready: accessible, responsive, tested against edge cases
  • Comfortable reading and working with real data: APIs, query outputs, high-volume data structures
  • Understands performance constraints and builds accordingly — render efficiency, load states, failure modes
  • Has worked in codebases where design and engineering share ownership of the front end

AdTech / Marketplace experience (highly preferred)

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, or marketplace platforms
  • Comfort designing around high-volume transaction data, revenue share models, or real-time reporting
  • Experience building interfaces where data trust and transparency are core product requirements

Why join RevIQ

  • Real ownership, no cosmetic titles
  • Direct impact on a global business
  • Exposure to business decision making
  • Small team, high bar, no politics
  • Opportunity to help define our culture from day one
  • Be part of building a company that challenges how an entire industry has been operating for decades

Compensation

  • Competitive pay
  • Health Benefits (health, dental, vision)
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
