RevIQ is building the first modern global ad exchange combined with financial services for publishers & advertisers. The current ad tech ecosystem is dominated by a small number of platforms that are on archaic tech, black-boxed, & misaligned with publishers.

We believe advertising should be transparent, fast, & easy to use. RevIQ operates on a scale of 50 billion available impressions per month, and growing. We work directly with small start ups and large public companies on both sides of the exchange (publishers and demand partners).

Our business is scaling fast, and as we grow our team and build a global presence, we need a teammate that is just as eager as we are on our journey to be the largest global ad exchange.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead RevIQ's accounting function as we scale
  • Own financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and the day-to-day integrity of our financial operations
  • Work closely with the COO, leadership team, and external auditors to ensure best-in-class financial processes
  • Support rapid growth — this is not a maintenance role. You will build, improve, and own.

What we're looking for

  • 6–10+ years in accounting/finance
  • Experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager at a high-growth startup or tech company
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
  • Experience with audits and external accounting firms

AdTech / Marketplace experience (highly preferred)

  • Familiarity with revenue share models
  • High-volume transaction environments
  • Programmatic advertising or similar ecosystems
  • Understanding of net vs gross revenue complexities

Operator mindset

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into the numbers
  • Builds systems, not just reports on them
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Technical & systems

  • Experience with accounting systems (We use Odoo)
  • Strong Excel / financial modeling skills
  • Experience improving financial workflows and automation

Other

  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Why this role matters

  • Building trust with investors and auditors
  • Supporting strategic decision-making
  • Enabling scalable growth without breaking financial systems

Why join RevIQ

  • Real ownership, no cosmetic titles
  • Direct impact on a global business
  • Exposure to business decision making
  • Small team, high bar, no politics
  • Opportunity to help define our culture from day one
  • Be part of building a company that challenges how an entire industry has been operating for decades

Compensation

  • Competitive pay
  • Health Benefits (health, dental, vision)
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
